What happens after I submit the application?

A senior advisor personally reviews your application within 24 hours. They will contact you via your preferred method to schedule a private consultation. There is no obligation at this stage — the consultation is an opportunity for both of us to determine if the fit is right.

Do you sign an NDA before the consultation?

Yes. All information you share — from the application onward — is treated under NDA-standard confidentiality. If you require a formal NDA executed before your consultation, we are happy to provide one. Discretion is fundamental to everything we do.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

We ask for an initial three-month commitment to allow us to properly onboard, audit, and optimize your technology environment. After that, membership continues month-to-month. We retain 100% of our clients because of the quality of our service — not because of contracts.
